How it runs

1. Tell us what needs cleaning — Pick the service, your city, and the property details. Larger or bespoke jobs go to a short scoping call instead.
2. Choose your slot — Pick a date and a start time from the teams actually available in your city — not a waiting list dressed up as a calendar.
3. Pay the deposit — A deposit confirms the slot and locks it in. The balance is due once the work is done and you are happy with it.
4. We arrive and clean — A vetted team, briefed on your job, arriving fully equipped and working to our checklist for that service type.
5. We check before we leave — Every required item on the checklist is signed off. For offices and handovers, you or your representative walk through it with us.
6. We follow up — A confirmation that the job is done, photos if you were not there, and a check-in shortly after to catch anything early.
